All designs on the pages of barello.net are copyright by Larry Barello © 1998-2003. The world wide, non-exclusive license fee to replicate for personal and non-profit use of any of the projects on these pages is $0.00.  This license come with an "as is" warrantee without recourse for damages of any kind arising from any possible use.  i.e. it is free so don't whine to me if you get into trouble using them.

Any commercial (for profit) use requires a separate license agreement.  Contact me and describe your requirements so an agreement can be worked out.

The products for sale here are mainly for  hobbyists to reproduce my work.  In general products are provided with no warrantee or guarantee of fitness for any purpose.  Any and all results of using these products are the purchasers or users responsibility.  Barello.net only guarantees that the shipped products match the descriptions in the users guides at the time of shipment.  That is, kits will contain the parts listed in the guides.  Assembled boards and programmed chips will be tested before shipping.

Because most products here are relatively inexpensive, repairs are often impractical.  You are free to repair stuff yourself and I can supply replacement parts, but unless what was shipped is clearly defective on arrival, there will be no repair or replacement of boards or parts without a time & material charge.  Please Contact me if you have any questions regarding repairs.

What you see is what you get: I am not running large volumes, I am not making big money so I simply can't provide the kind of customer service you might expect from a commercial enterprise.
